Overview

Are you looking to start a career in hotels, working directly with guests, and providing exceptional service? This 5-month full-time programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a hotel receptionist. You’ll learn the fundamentals of front office operations and develop your communication and interpersonal skills.

Upon completing this programme, you’ll be equipped to take on a reception role in hotels, guest houses, resorts, lodges, and other accommodation establishments.

Full-time: 5 months full-time weekday classes
