About this programme
This one year programme in Information Technology Support Technician (ITST) is designed for students wanting to enter the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry as support technicians. The programme has a strong emphasis on office computing, PC hardware, PC components, networks, coding fundamentals and cyber security.
Certification on successful completion of studies
Students write various internal as well as international exams. Students who successfully complete their studies graduate with all of the following:
Admission Requirements
Grade 11, or an appropriate National Certificate (N3), or equivalent may also be considered for students who do not have a grade 11. Mature students without any of the above may be considered for admission if they are 21 years of age or older (subject to the Unigrad College Advisory Board approval).

Fees
Textbooks, ICDL and Unigrad College exams are included in the tuition fee. Students wanting to write CompTIA exams may do so at an additional fee. Contact Unigrad and speak to any full-time student career consultant for course fee information.
