About this programme

This one-year Information Technology Support Technician (ITST) programme is designed for students wanting to enter the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry as support technicians. The programme has a strong emphasis on office computing, PC hardware, PC components, networks, coding principles and cyber security.

Certification on successful completion of studies

Students write various internal as well as international exams.  Students who successfully complete their studies graduate with all of the following:

Admission Requirements

  • Grade 11 or appropriate N3 certificate
  • Should you not meet the above requirements, you may be considered if you are 21 or older

Fees
