Overview
This Project Management course introduces the key principles, tools, and techniques required to plan, execute, and manage projects effectively. The programme aligns with internationally recognised best practices, including the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and the Association for Project Management’s Body of Knowledge.
Students will gain knowledge in areas such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, while learning to apply tools like Gantt charts and Work Breakdown Structures. By the end of the course, students will be equipped to contribute to and support projects across a range of industries.
Admission requirements
You must have English comprehension at NQF Level 2 or equivalent and be 17 years of age or older.

Certification
Successful students will be awarded the Unigrad College Short Learning Programme Certificate in Advanced Project Management (endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Business Management – CIBM) as well as a certificate of attendance for MS Project.
